Preacher McNeill was the son of Angus McNeill and his wife Margaret McEachern, and uncle of Cyrus McNeill who was author of "A History of Two McNeill Families" . The picture was sent to me by Mrs. Pauline Grimes of Texas, a Turquill McNeill descendant. The photograph is inscribed on the back "Preacher McNeill".
